Donna in the office is so nice and helpful!
Mostly a quiet place to live. I haven’t really had any issues.
Only downside is it takes a long time to have repairs made or they forget to come back it seems and they are never fully finished. The maintenance staff are very friendly. Just seem overwhelmingly busy at time.
I resided in this place for approximately a year, but I found it to be quite overpriced. The staircase posed a significant safety hazard, and unfortunately, I had an accident where I fell down the stairs. Despite reporting it, there was no action taken to address the issue or repair the stairs. Additionally, the neighborhood didn't feel safe; my bikes were stolen by strangers during my time here.
To add to my concerns, the rent was increased by $400, bringing it to around $1800, which I felt was unjustified. I strongly recommend exploring other housing options. Furthermore, I should mention that on one or two occasions, I heard what sounded like gunshots during the night, which added to my discomfort.
Donna and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful! They made the application process so easy and the environment was extremely welcoming! I’m so ecstatic about starting my new journey in life here! I definitely recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a place to live!
I have currently lived here for about 2 years now, and my family loves the property! There is a lot of grass area for the kids to play as well as the dog park and the pool! The office staff are beyond amazing and will work with you every way possible. I would definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for a nice quiet place .
I love my apartment here! Just moved in, i’m a college student at UT and it is affordable for my roommate and I. We enjoy the amenities such as the pool and gym! Donna at the office is great and has been very helpful! Area is safe for the most part with a grocery store nearby which is just a plus. I have a loft style apartment and haven’t had any major issues so far. Maintenance is very kind and does a good job.
I have lived at Kinley Lofts since 2016, when they were previously known as Woodgate. They have updated a lot in that time frame and have even added a decent little gym! Office staff is always responsive and friendly!
Very friendly staff and quick turn around for maintenance! They have made a lot of renovations to the inside and outside of the apartments! Pet and family friendly. Spacious Apts! A touch pricey but within reason!
Kinley lofts has really come a long way since it was Woodgate! Donna and Rob in the office are spectacular. The new fitness center is great and the dog park is a perfect fit. We love the new grill and picnic table by the pool. This place has it all! Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for almost a year and have had a wonderful experience. With being a single mom, rent has been late a few times and the office ladies have been so understanding. Love our little apartment.❤️
